The organization works with the poor and vulnerable people as well as with people who have no opportunity to participate in public life. They are:
- Persons dumped in governmental care institutions or those who need in care – orphans, social orphans, children with disabilities.
- Dekhkans (farmers) and people who wish to get land to open and develop dekhkan farms
- Poor and vulnerable women
- Active citizens who wish to unite into well-organized groups to deal with poverty related problems
- Local authorities in regions and districts of the republic
- Various governmental bodies
- Existing non-governmental organizations in rural areas
- Small and medium entrepreneurs
Coverage area
The organization operates in regions of Khatlon and Sughd Districts, regions of republican subordination and Dushanbe.
