“Otrazhenie” magazine
The “Rights & Prosperity” issues the “Otrazhenie” magazine since 2003. The free edition is distributed among target groups of the organization, governmental institutions of national and regional level, international and local non-governmental and public organizations.
The journal covers most pressing problems and successes achieved in the process of implementation of land and social reforms, problems of formation and development of civil society and consciousness in the Republic of Tajikistan, legal problems of vulnerable strata of the population and recommendations aimed at improvement of current situation. The edition also contains interviews with government officials and public figures on various topics, successful examples of implementation of rights of dekhkan farms, trials which appear to be successful examples of protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable strata of the population by courts. International and local non-governmental organizations operating in the sphere of land or social reform also publish information about their activity – successes and problems, in the magazine.
In addition, the edition contains analyses on exposure of gaps and contradictions in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, consulting legal articles on various subjects and legal consultations upon readers’ requests.
