The goal of these courses was to promote the improvement of legal potential of workers of orphanages and state care institutions and governmental bodies responsible for protection of rights of orphans and social orphans.

Trainings covered aspects that concern mechanisms of securing of legislative guarantees of vulnerable children in such spheres as medical services, housing, education, employment, succession, protection of their rights in related structures, alimony, allowances and pensions, etc.

Government officials responsible for securing and protection of the rights of vulnerable children as well as representatives of local public organizations dealing with protection of children’s rights took part in training courses. Training participants have designed action plans aimed at protection of the rights of vulnerable children. These plans will be approved by local governments of related regions and will be directed to executors for implementation.
