training “Rights of the child and creative methods of distribution of information”.
The event took place on 16th and 17th of April this year in Dushanbe on the basis of the Children Ecological Society “Zumrad” and pursued the following goals:
• Familiarize with principal rights of the child;
• Study procedures of appeal to principal institutions responsible for their implementation;
• Recognition of the importance of pedagogic approach focused on the child.
The training course brought together inmates from orphanages of Khatlon District, heads, members and volunteers of children’s clubs – partners of “Zumrad” organization operating in Vakhdat, Rudaki, Bokhtar, Vakhsh, Shakhrinav, Jami, Dushanbe and Kulob cities.
The first day was dedicated to children’s rights and mechanisms of their implementation. Theoretical part of the course was backed by practical exercises concerning resolution of controversial situations connected with children’s rights. During the second day training participants have familiarized with creative ways of distribution of information, creative features of school-age, development of skills of creative thinking. Sessions were supported by practical exercises aimed at the development of creative thinking.
