Work groups for implementation of the “200 days of reforms” Programme from the Coordinating Council of Business Associations and Public Organizations of Tajikistan
The 19th session of the Coordinating Council has also considered and discussed plan of actions for implementation of the “Improvement of business environment – 200 days of reforms” programme.
According to the results of the discussion, “Rights & Prosperity” International Public Organization has become a member of the following work groups under ministries and departments on implementation of action plan of the given programme:
1. Work group for implementation of item 3 “Implementation of organizational events for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on official registration of legal persons and individual businessmen”.

- National Association of business women “Kadbonu”.
2. Work group for implementation of item 4 “Analysis of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on insolvency (bankruptcy) and introduction of proposals for changes and amendments to the given law upon necessity”.
- Association of anti-crisis managers,
- “Rights & Prosperity” IPO,
- Association of producers and businessmen of Tajikistan,
- “Surkhob” Ltd
3. Work group for implementation of item 18 “Analysis of Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning its correspondence to market principles”
- National association of dekhkan farms of the Republic of Tajikistan
- National association of business women “Kadbonu”,
- Association of constructors “Sokhtmonchien”
- “Rights & Prosperity” IPO
Regional representatives of CCBAPOT in GBAO, Sughd and Khatlon Districts of the country to be elected at the next session of the council.
