Public Chamber opens in Muminobod
New “Public Chamber” opened in Muminobod region in November 2009.

The objectives of the public chamber are: develop skills and experience of citizens for participation in state management, create legal and political culture, develop patriotism and civil responsibility, support social activity and civil initiatives, elaborate proposals and participate in discussion of local normative and legal acts, provide assistance to citizens in terms of implementation, protection and rehabilitation of their rights and freedoms.
The population of Muminobod has an opportunity to address the Public Chamber to: get required information on where and how to apply to governmental institutions in case of violation of their rights or to appeal against any decision made by a local official, get consultation on how to apply to governmental structures and the Ombudsman institution, how to prepare official documents and submit them to governmental institutions, get information on types of services provided by governmental organizations to the population and their tariffs and get required explanation about the policy of the state.
The chamber’s working hours are from 8:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. on Fridays. All services are provided on the free-of-charge basis.
