Draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On local self-governance bodies in villages and settlements”
The law regulates public relations linked with the organization, authorities and activity of local self-governance bodies in villages and settlements and defines legal, economic and financial foundations for their activity.
The draft law is expected to expand the rights and responsibilities of local self-governing bodies.
