Suervey
The “Rights and Prosperity” organization conducts surveys in various spheres of legal relationships, monitorings of observance of rights of vulnerable groups of population and prepares alternative reports on fulfillment of commitments assumed by Tajikistan and ratified international conventions and pacts. This work is being performed to reveal gaps and contradictions in the national legislation, contradictions between national and international legislations, to uncover problems and barriers impeding implementation of legislative acts, elaboration of effective mechanisms and instruments for application of existing legislation in practice.
Two surveys in the sphere of legal land relationships were conducted in line with land reform programme:/p>
- Survey № 1 “Effectiveness of legislative basis to secure farmers’ rights”;
- Survey № 2 “Implementation of legislation to secure farmers’ rights”.
In line with social reform programme:
- Survey № 1 “Effectiveness of institutional and legislative basis to secure the rights of persons under guardianship”;
- Survey № 2 “Application of legislation in the sphere of care and guardianship (exposure of violation of the rights of orphans and children without parental care)”.
