Modern perception of corruption (express survey)
Rights & Prosperity international public organization has conducted an express survey, the goal of which was to study current level of perception of and tolerance to corruption in communities.
The survey was conducted in the frameworks of the “Raising level of anti-corruption consciousness of residents of rural areas” funded by ACT CA.
The survey covered three regions of Tajikistan: Bokhtar, Muminobod and Rudaki.
The overall goal of the survey was to study the level of perception of corruption in communities. In the course of the survey we were trying to reveal:
- Specific characteristics of corruption at community level
- Causes and counter-corruption methods (respondents’ view)
The survey resulted in elaboration of recommendations for counter-corruption policy and elaboration of a new educational program for target group.
